Refund Policy – Faulty Goods
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your product and we will arrange a suitable resolution.
If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
If a refund is agreed to, for whatever reason, between iComfort and the customer, it will be less delivery charges.
Refund Policy – Change of Mind
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for change of mind due to health regulations.
Refund Policy – Cancellations
Cancellation on standard transactions and online transactions will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the invoice value. Cancellation on made to order transactions will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice value. This fee will be deducted from the refund of any money you have already paid. This fee reflects our reasonable costs.
Refund Policy – Warranties
All our mattresses and beds have a manufacturer's warranty. Our staff will advise you of the conditions of the warranty, or for further information you can contact the manufacturer directly.
Refund Policy – Cancellation of order
Cancellation of orders will attract an administration fee equal to 20% of the total value of the goods.
